1. SMS Terms of Service

Overview:
By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you agree to receive SMS messages from Sunrise Laundry. These may include messages related to customer conversations, order updates, confirmations, order replacements, and service follow-ups.

Consent:
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive conversational SMS messages from Sunrise Laundry.

Phone Number Use:
Phone numbers collected as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Message Frequency:
Message frequency may vary depending on order activity and customer interactions. You may receive up to 10 SMS messages per week related to order confirmations and updates.

Rates & Fees:
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-In Method:
Customers may opt in by submitting a website form and checking the SMS consent box. If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, simply leave the consent box unchecked.

Opt-Out:
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Sunrise Laundry.

2. Garment Care & Suitability

Standard Laundering:
By using our Wash & Fold service, you agree that your items are suitable to be washed in water on a normal cycle and dried using heat.

Specialty Items:
Items requiring dry cleaning or special handling will be processed with professional care when requested. Sunrise Laundry is not responsible for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials such as suede, leather, silk, or other delicate fabrics that may not be apparent before processing.

Check Your Pockets:
Customers are responsible for emptying all pockets before submitting garments for service. Sunrise Laundry is not responsible for damage caused by items left in pockets (including pens, gum, lipstick, money, or other objects).


3. Lost or Damaged Items

Inventory:
Sunrise Laundry does not perform a piece-by-piece count of Wash & Fold orders. Laundry is accepted and processed based on the total weight of the order.

Liability Limit:
In the rare event of loss or damage, Sunrise Laundry’s liability is limited to a maximum of ten (10) times the charge for cleaning the specific item, regardless of brand or condition.

Claims:
Any claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.


4. Pickup & Delivery

Unattended Orders:
If you request that laundry be left in a designated location (such as a porch, lobby, or foyer), Sunrise Laundry is not responsible for the items before pickup or after delivery.

Access:
Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access for pickup and delivery services.


5. Pricing and Payment

Minimum Charges:
Orders may be subject to minimum service charges or minimum order weights as listed on our pricing page.

Payment:
Payment is due upon receipt of services unless otherwise arranged.
